(Urls lead customers to pages on ups.com.) It also eliminates a lot of unnecessary phone calls to UPS with how-to questions and avoids confusion about billing.
Digital
Small business customers who subscribe to email, will receive one which will direct them to a landing page with a digital version of the keys. The landing page works like a flip book. The thumbnails and links on the landing page display content from ups.com. This communication rolls out to the US and the UK, with other international regions to follow.
